The Flexible Trialing of Hearing Aids for Essex, London and Hertfordshire video explains to you about how we are flexible in your choice of hearing aid. We know that what suits one person isn’t generally the best for the next. We are independent and can therefore explain the benefits and drawbacks of all the different hearing aid styles impartially – we’re not tied to any one manufacturer and our decisions are made on how each style would benefit your specific hearing loss, lifestyle and cosmetic requirements.

At DigiClear, we are stubbornly independent. We regularly use seven different manufacturers. We feel that each manufacturer has a style or a product feature that is unique to them and is therefore beneficial to our clients. On that basis, we feel that client choice should never be limited because of commercial gain.

In my experience, you’ll tend to find that different manufacturers can have alternative approaches to hearing care. An example of that is Oticon, who use an awful lot of technology to give a very natural sound. By comparison, Phonak used the same amount of technology, but they’ll give a very processed and a very managed sound. Both approaches are valid, so we’ll need to tailor our approach based on what’s best for our clients’ needs and their preferences.

To exploit our independence and our experience, we recommend flexible trialling. So, over a 60-day money back trial period, we’ll use two different products with alternative approaches to hearing care, so that we can help our clients find the product that best suits their individual needs and preferences.
