Oliver joined the family business straight from school in 1995 and remains one of the youngest people to ever qualify as a hearing aid dispenser in 1997. Over the years, Oliver has learned a lot, not just about hearing loss and hearing technology but about the impact hearing loss can have on people, relationships, and quality of life. Oliver is one of the UK’s few Phonak Lyric fitters and is regularly approached by hearing aid manufacturers to take part in focus groups to help mould the future of hearing care. Alongside his work as Director of DigiClear Hearing, Oliver also enjoys his work influencing thousands of customer's hearing journeys at our sister companies The Hearing Care Centre and County Hearing. Outside of his working life, he and his wife Fleur have five children who keep them busy and happy!
