Social Life Package

Package Terms & Conditions

  • All fittings are carried out on a 60-day money back trial basis.
  • Our 60-day Fitting and Fine-tuning program is valued at £500 and we reserve the right to withhold this fee in the unlikely event of an unsuccessful trial period.
  • Fulfilment of our 4-year warranty and aftercare plan is valued at £1500.

Devices Purchased Elsewhere

We welcome clients who have purchased their hearing devices elsewhere. We are only able to support those that have been purchased privately and not issued through the NHS. There may be a minority of hearing aids too that restrict us from accessing the software, we can confirm this at the time. Out of warranty repairs could incur manufacturer parts and repair costs. We will provide an estimate for you to approve before any work commences.

Tinnitus Assessment & Management

A 90-minute consultation and assessment to understand your hearing and tinnitus. We will identify strategies to help you minimise the effects of your tinnitus.
Following the consultation, we will determine whether hearing devices could benefit you. We will propose devices that are most suited to your needs and lifestyle as well offering features and functionality that can help with tinnitus management. We offer a 14-day free trial of hearing devices where we can review and adjust your prescription as required.
