Hearing Assessment

• 90-minute appointment
• Full ear health history check and a full range of audiometric tests including speech in noise testing. Thorough explanation of your results and care options.

Devices Purchased Elsewhere

(Hearing aids must be privately owned, not NHS supplied. Parts and repairs needed at the manufacturer will attract additional cost and will be estimated prior to being carried out.)

HEARING AID OPTIMISATION

• Includes an ear health check, full hearing health history exam, ear wax removal (if needed), full in-house service of your device, full hearing assessment, a reprogramme of settings, and in-clinic sound tests. Pricing starts at £250.

Ear Health Assessment

This appointment includes video otoscopy, where we can show you the inside of your ears, earwax removal by microsuction, hearing screening, ear pressure test and onward referral if needed.

Returning clients get £15 off! This appointment is for wax removal only. If you are interested in any of the above tests, please let us know when booking in for your appointment.

Tinnitus

Tinnitus Assessment & Management

• A 90-minute consultation and assessment to understand your hearing and tinnitus. We will identify strategies to help you minimise the effects of your tinnitus.

Microsuction

£80

Earwax removal by microsuction. This is a 30 minute appointment. Appointments available at Bishops Stortford and Chingford.

All fittings are on a 60-day money-back trial basis, to ensure the best possible match to your needs. Prices include the initial fitting appointment, two-weekly follow-up appointments during the initial 60-day trial and any further appointments during the first six months of adapting to your new hearing technology. These appointments are valued at a total of £680!
